Each customer account or legal entity receives one free-tier allowance per Billing Cycle. It is applied automatically to the first invoice issued for that account in that Billing Cycle and excludes platform fees on up to the first €85 of Revenue reflected on that invoice. Additional invoices in the same Billing Cycle do not receive a separate free-tier allowance. Unused allowances do not roll over. No plan upgrades required — the more you earn, the lower your rate happens automatically.

Common Questions
What’s the difference between a Project and a bot?
A Project is what you manage in BotSubscription. For custom bots, your Project maps to your bot. For shared bots, your Project represents the communities managed for your business.
Do I get my own bot, or do I use BotSubscription’s bot?
On Telegram, you connect your own custom bot for a white-label experience. On Discord, we currently provide a shared bot that manages access and subscriptions for your server.
Can I have multiple Projects?
Yes. You can run unlimited Projects under one account. The free-tier allowance is applied once per account each billing cycle and is used on the first invoice issued in that cycle.
How does the free tier work?
Each account receives one free-tier allowance per billing cycle. It is applied automatically to the first invoice issued for your account and excludes platform fees on up to the first €85 of Revenue reflected on that invoice.
Do I need a credit card or monthly subscription to get started?
No. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no upfront cost to start. You only start paying platform fees once you begin generating billable Revenue under the applicable pricing rules.
